Learning and Development

We are committed to recruiting and retaining highly skilled individuals and therefore take the training and development of our workforce very seriously. Learning and development is provided through our web based learning platform which allows monitoring of mandatory and statutory training, enhanced training conducted through our OneMedicalGroup training academy, and individual training documents such as Personal Development Plan and appraisals. We support our teams in identifying training needs are using service performance data, appraisal feedback, event reports, 360 degree reviews, and regular governance meetings. As a group we are proud to have a culture of sharing learning, continual development and improvement.
