Make a comment, compliment or complaint?

 We really value the feedback we receive from our patients as it help us to ensure that we are always delivering the best possible care for the communities we work in. If you would like to leave feedback on your experience at one of our health centres simply complete our contact us form. If you would prefer to talk to someone in person, select your health centre from the above list to find their telephone number.   

Register at my nearest practice?

Registering at one of our practices couldn't be easier; simply select your nearest practice from the drop down menu above and then click on the ‘Register with us’ button. Alternatively, call in to your local practice and speak to the reception team who can help you with your registration.

Contact my practice?

If you have any questions or need any health care advice our healthcare teams are always happy to help. To find the number for your surgery just select your practice from the drop down list above. 

Order a repeat prescription?

To make ordering repeat prescriptions even easier we have set up an on-line ordering system. To order your prescription simply select your practice from the drop down menu above and then click on the ‘Order a repeat prescription’ button.

Find out my test results?

Following a blood or urine test the results are usually available after five working days. Please contact reception between 2.00pm and 4.00pm to check if the results are back first before booking an appointment. X-ray results and other tests can take between 2-4 weeks to be sent back to us. Again, please check with reception first.
