How Do I...

Make a comment, compliment or complaint..?

We love to receive feedback from our patients as it help us to ensure that we are always delivering the best possible care for the communities we work in. If you would like to leave feedback on your experience at one of our health centres simply click here and complete our feedback form. If you would prefer to talk to someone in person, call 01344 551100.

Register at my nearest practice..?

It's vital that you are registered with a GP practice in your area to make sure you have a consistent access point for your healthcare needs. If you'e having trouble finding a practice or you're just not sure what you're looking for then pop in to our Patient Education Centre in the Bracknell Urgent Care Centre and one of our Patient Advisers will help you find, and register with, a practice that is right for you.

Find out my test results?

For most tests undertaken at the Urgent Care Centre you will be given the result during your consultation. There are some tests which take a little longer to come through so you may have to contact your own GP Practice for the results.
If you are not clear on how and when you can expect to receive the results of any tests we undertake as part of your consultation then please talk to the clinician treating you or one of our reception team who will be happy to help.

Find my nearest pharmacy?

Simply click here and type your postcode in to the search bar to find your nearest pharmacy.

Find out more about the medications routinely administered at the BUCC..?

The East Berkshire Formulary aims to inform our patients and staff as to the medications and their indications that are routinely available for NHS initiation by clinicians. The purpose of the formulary is to promote safe, rational and cost effective prescribing within East Berkshire and to help clinicians select the most appropriate drug for prescribing.
