Make a comment, compliment or complaint..?

We love to receive feedback from our patients as it help us to ensure that we are always delivering the best possible care for the communities we work in. Register at my nearest practice..?

Registering at one of our practices couldn’t be easier; simply select your nearest practice from the drop down menu above and then click on the ‘Register with us’ button. Don’t know where you nearest practice is? Click here and we’ll help you find it.

Order a repeat description..?

To make ordering repeat prescriptions even easier we have set up an on-line ordering system. To order your prescription simply follow the instructions on the screen and enter in your user name and password.

If you would like to register for access to our on-line services then please ask the receptionist for a personal security form. You will need a photo ID to be able to pick up this form so we can confirm your identity. After registering, log on with your patient number and a password.

Find out my test results..?

Following a blood or urine test the results are usually available after five working days. Please contact reception between 2.00pm and 4.00pm to check if the results are back first before booking an appointment. X-ray results and other tests can take between 2-4 weeks to be sent back to us. Again, please check with reception first.
